Ground has been broken on the second phase of the Willow Creek Apartment Homes in Jonesboro, Ark.

Jonesboro, Ark.—Ground has been broken on the second phase of the Willow Creek Apartment Homes in Jonesboro, Ark. Braxton Development, a Montana-based real estate company, announced that Willow Creek II, a $12 million development, will be completed in the spring of 2013.

Phase II of this community will include additional rental units and amenities.

“The notable differences from Phase I to Phase II will be the addition of 144 apartment homes, a second fitness center, a second swimming pool and carports,” Jon Braxton, owner of Braxton Development, tells MHN. “Willow Creek is an upscale community and the response and feedback we’ve received from our residents has echoed that. Willow Creek II will also have this level of high-quality construction and will offer the same interior features and superb amenities, such as full-sized washer and dryers, fully equipped kitchens and spacious floor plans.”

Will Creek II will be located approximately 10 acres north of the current community. The two developments will share some amenities, include the Resident Clubhouse.

Willow Creek I was completed by Braxton Development in 2011 and is currently 95 percent occupied.

“We are looking forward to continuing to provide high-quality housing to the Jonesboro community,” Braxton says. “We’ve had a great response and maintained a high occupancy percentage with our Phase I apartment homes and feel that the housing demand in this market is there for Phase II to be successful also. Phase I set the benchmark in apartment home living in Jonesboro by providing quality living environments, superb amenities and outstanding customer satisfaction. Will Creek II will be another example of the Class-A lifestyle.”
