Blu Realty Launches Full-Service Brokerage Company

New York–Blu Realty Group, a New York City-based full-service real estate firm, has launched under partners Andy Kim, Alon Chadad, David Tobon, Michael Arcos and Moshe Balalo. With more than 35 years of combined experience and more than $1 billion in transactions, the partners recently separated from their respective firms to build a new agency under “new-age philosophies.”
Blu Realty Group’s partners originally worked with one another under Nest Seekers International, where they worked as the top sales brokers, managing directors and equity partners, helping the company grow from 10 to more than 100 agents. With approximately 20 professionals committed to Blu Realty Group, the firm welcomes additional experienced agents to contribute to their book of business totaling over $100 million in property listings.
Blu Realty Group’s founders say they recognize a growing trend toward building a company for the agent instead of the house. By creating a firm where the broker is unencumbered by large firm protocols and steep fees, the agent “becomes his own boss with the company,” according to a statement. The firm invites all experienced agents to join the company committing to no monthly fee with 100 percent payout and only a small fixed fee per deal.
