Baldwin & Sons Debuts San Diego-Area Community

Alay at Otay Ranch Town Center is situated roughly 20 miles from the city's downtown, providing proximity to major employers and various entertainment attractions.

Baldwin & Sons has opened Alay Townhomes at Otay Ranch Town Center, a residential community comprising 80 three-story townhomes located at 1444 Suwerte Ave. in Chula Vista, Calif.

“Alay at Otay Ranch Town Center is a new townhome community that is stylish and appealing to buyers who appreciate an active, healthy lifestyle,” Melissa Hazlett, Baldwin & Sons vice president of sales & marketing, told Multi-Housing News. “Baldwin & Sons is known for creating quality communities for families and Alay is a great example of this. A grand opening celebration is set for March 30th, Baldwin & Sons announced.

Heritage Building & Development built the Alay, which features layouts ranging between 1,938 and 2,505 square feet. With a ‘modish’ type architecture, the three-story townhome floorplans offer between two and four bedrooms as well as layouts and community amenities attractive to active families. Unit features include walk-in closets, rear yards and outdoor decks. Additionally, the townhomes offer access to numerous outdoor parks, extensive trail systems, paseos and sports fields nearby, which provide abundant exercise and recreation options for residents.

Location Matters

According to Hazlett, Alay at Otay Ranch Town Center is very well situated with nearby amenities such as world-class shopping and restaurants, great schools and medical care, as well as countless active lifestyle options. Additionally, the community is roughly 20 miles from downtown San Diego, providing proximity to jobs and various nightlife and entertainment attractions.
