A Southwest Florida home builder is expanding one of its communities in Apollo Beach, Fla., introducing two one-story, maintenance-free villa models. Neal Communities, a locally owned and operated private builder announced the addition of a 1,434 square-foot and a 1,524 square-foot floor plan to its Waterset community, which is located at 7012 Sail View Lane.

Each of the two villas—dubbed Crystal Sand and Tidewater—have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a two-car garage. Both layouts feature lanais, great rooms, kitchen islands and walk-in closets—the Tidewater floor plan includes an additional office/den area. The community currently has 36 villas available, almost all of them on preserve or lakefront home sites. The dwellings range in size from 1,434 to 2,577 square feet and offer two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two-car garages. Additionally, the Waterset community features two completed single-family homes available for immediate occupancy.

The range of common-space amenities at Waterset includes a resort club with a swimming pool, playgrounds, fitness center, parks and walking trails and a community café.
