New York—Alchemy Properties has announced that 80 percent of the residences at its 35XV condominium development have been sold. The 24-story building is located at 35 West 15th Street in Manhattan and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2014.
“Buyers love the dramatic light and views coupled with the quiet mid-block location,” says Kenneth Horn, president of Alchemy Properties. “35XV is a unique offering in the marketplace: an architecturally significant new development featuring both spacious floor plans and thoughtfully conceived amenities.”
The 55-unit building includes floor plans ranging from one to four bedrooms, but only three- and four-bedroom residences remain on the market. Those homes start a 2,324 square feet and are priced at $5.885 million, while the largest home still available, a four-bedroom unit located on the 23rd floor, is listed at $12.6 million and offers more than 3,800 square feet of living space and views of the cityscape and river.
35XV was designed by renowned FXFOWLE Architects with interiors designed by Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz. Each residence includes a high-end kitchen adorned with Miele appliances, white-lacquer Poggenpohl cabinetry and marble countertops, while bathrooms and powder rooms include Breccia marble slabs and wood paneling finishes.
The amenities package, primarily located on the buildings seventh floor, includes an expansive 75-foot wide outdoor terrace, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a children’s playroom, lounge with billiards and personal deeded wine storage for each owner.
