Legends at Kingsville, a new student housing development adjacent to the Texas A&M -Kingsville campus, has been fully leased for the 2015-16 school year.

Kingsville, Texas—Legends at Kingsville, a new student housing development adjacent to the Texas A&M -Kingsville campus, has been fully leased for the 2015-16 school year, according to Dallas-based Domus Development, its developer. The property had been open for leasing for only about six weeks.

Domus tapped Asset Campus Housing (ACH), a privately held student housing company, to lease and manage the property. The two were no strangers; Legends at Kingsville is the fourth property that ACH has taken to market for Domus.

Residents were able to choose from a variety of floor plans including one-, two- and four-bedroom options. The individual apartments will come fully furnished with appliances, ceiling fans and full-sized washer and dryers.

Other projects by Domus include Mustang Ranch, a 501-bed property is located in Stephenville, Texas, which opened last year 100 percent leased. Also, Lumberjack Lofts, a 313-bed project located adjacent to Stephen F. Austin State University, opened in 2013.
