Accelerated Marketing Partners Collecting Sealed Bids for Jersey Shore Properties at Coastal Colors

Wildwood Crest, N.J.—Accelerated Marketing Partners will conduct a sealed-bid auction on June 19 for the last three remaining luxury townhomes at Coastal Colors, an oceanfront resort community in Wildwood Crest, N.J.
“There is very little built right on the Jersey Shore and if you look at what’s built now, much of it is geared to the hotel/motel rental community and there’s very little purchase opportunity right on the water,” Sue Hawkes, Accelerated Marketing Partners’ CEO tells MHN. “The other thing special about it is that there really is nothing available that provides a living opportunity for either multiple generations or family and friends like this does, because it’s on several floors with an interior elevator.”
Past units at Coastal Colors have gone for as high as $1.75 million but published minimum reserves are less than half of those figures, with listings at $779,000 and $899,000.

Sealed bids are being accepted now through June 19 and should be received no later than 5:00 p.m. at the Sales/Information Office, located at 430 East Atlanta Ave. in Wildwood Crest, N.J.
