$67M Community by The Richman Group Well Underway

Tampa, Fla.—Downtown luxury apartments by The Richman Group of Florida, Inc. are well underway.
Aurora, the $67 million community, is one of five market rate deals that The Richman Group closed on in the last 12 months. Doors are scheduled to open for leasing in Spring 2016.
Located at 124 South Morgan Street, Aurora sits along the new Selmon Greenway bike path and is next to the $1 billion redevelopment project around the Amalie Arena.

Aurora will offer 351 studio, one, two, and three bedroom luxury apartments ranging from 577 to 1,593 square feet featuring two distinct design palettes.
The community will showcase modern five-story, elevator buildings surrounding three tropical courtyards and parking garage highlighted by a contemporary pool with cabanas, various outdoor entertainment areas, a fenced dog park, 11,000-square-foot two-level clubhouse 2,400-square-foot professional fitness center, a yoga and spin studio, pet spa and many more residential amenities.
