OSU Eyes 2 Historic Buildings for $53M Makeover as Analytics Centers
Good news for Ohio State University. The Ohio Higher Education Funding Commission recently announced the 2015-16 capital funding recommendations for the state’s public colleges and universities. The proposal includes funds for the renovation of two iconic Ohio State buildings, Oxley and Pomerene Halls, as well as other building and facility repair and maintenance projects.
Team Gemini Breaks Ground on $420M Industrial/Research Project in Grove City
On Thursday, December 12, Team Gemini held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project at the intersection of Gateway West Drive and Haughn Road in Grove City. It was attended by company and government officials, as well as many others.
Airport Wraps Phase 1 of $80 Million Terminal Upgrade
Renovations are finally complete at Port Columbus International Airport’s six-gate Concourse A, almost a year after the airport launched the $80 million terminal modernization program to upgrade its three-concourse terminal. The facelift is part of the project’s first phase.
