San Antonio—The NRP Group LLC announced that it has sold the luxury community Belleza at Cresta Bella Apartments in San Antonio to Illinois-based REIT, Inland, which purchased the community for an undisclosed price. CBRE brokered the transaction of the 98-percent leased community.

The 288-unit Belleza at Cresta Bella Apartments was built in 2013 by NRP and features a contemporary design paired with resort-style amenities and exceptional local views. Amenities at the Class A community include a high-tech business center, large fitness center with yoga room, two dog parks, an infinity pool featuring hill country views and a second larger pool with cabanas and a grilling area. Units include luxury finishes such as quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash lighting and attached parking. Floor plans are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom options and range in size from 650-1,400 square feet. Prices while owned by NRP ranged from $1,050 to 2,800 per month.
The community’s location at 20202 Cresta Bella Road in San Antonio provides convenient access to Interstate 10, and is within close proximity to area entertainment, dining and recreation such as the Shops at La Cantera and the Rim, as well as attractions such as Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
