New Online Labs From IREM Track Income and Expense Data Over 10-Plus Years for Five Key Property Sectors
A new companion product is now available for each of the five Income/Expense Analysis property sector reports published annually by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Chicago–A new companion product is now available for each of the five Income/Expense Analysis property sector reports published annually by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The reports cover conventional apartments; office buildings; federally-assisted apartments; shopping centers; and condos, cooperatives and PUDs. The Income/Expense Analysis Online Lab is an interactive website from IREM with 24/7 access until Aug. 15, 2012, when next year’s data becomes available. It enables purchasers to download over 10 years of historical data for the selected property sector, including over 100 customizable line-item variables, and compare it to the operating data in their individual portfolios.
