Scottsdale, Arizona—Mike Mueller, a multifamily technology entrepreneur, has acquired CallSource Inc.’s multifamily vertical. CallSource Multifamily provides services to track marketing spend, increase lead conversion rates and improve employee performance. These services are powered by a technology platform that tracks more than 11 million calls and monitors those calls for optimal leasing opportunities and prospects.
According to Mueller, CallSource Multifamily provides good technology that is quickly changing.
“I’m very excited with my relationship with the NAA—National Apartment Association—and to be able to leverage the education platform,” he tells MHN.
Mueller, who will serve as president and CEO of CallSource Multifamily, is no stranger to innovative technology for multifamily. He recently sold his company VaultWare, the industry’s first online apartment reservation system, to MRI Software.
Joining Mueller at CallSource Multifamily will be Mark Sadosky, chief sales and marketing officer; Len Ksobiech, chief financial and operating officer; and Doug Chasick, chief learning officer.
Mueller says this new acquisition will align with his history of advancing multifamily. At CallSource Multifamily, Mueller plans on using multiple emerging technologies including smartphones to advance prospect lead acquisition. But first up is relocating the Weslake Village, Calif.—based company’s operations to Scottsdale, Ariz., which he says will create 40 jobs.
“Everything I’ve done for the past 17 years has been consumer centric,” he says. “[But] we have to transfer the technology, so it won’t happen overnight.”
