Mike Gorman Named NAA Chairman of the Board

Indianapolis business executive Mike Gorman, CAPS, CPM, CCIM, of Rose Property Group LLC, has been sworn in as 2011 National Apartment Association chairman of the board.

Currently president of Rose Property Group, a division of Edward Rose Building Enterprise in Indianapolis, Gorman has nearly 30 years of experience in the apartment management industry. He was elected to the Indiana Apartment Association’s Board of Directors in 1995 and served as its president in 2001 and 2002. Gorman has served on NAA’s Executive Committee since 2007 and was NAA chairman-elect in 2010.

Also sworn in to serve on the 2011 NAA Board of Directors were Jerry Wilkinson, CCIM, of The Wilkinson Group Inc., Atlanta, chairman-elect; Alexandra Jackiw, CAPS, CPM, of Buckingham Management LLC, Indianapolis, vice chairman; Brad Williams, CPM, of Lincoln Property Company, Dallas, treasurer; and Tom Beaton, CPM, of The Dolben Co., Boston, secretary.
