This achievement is one of the highest levels of recognition the firm awards to its investment specialists. Von Der Ahe is the top producing multifamily agent in the Manhattan Marcus & Millichap office. Since joining the firm in 2002, Von Der Ahe has consistently ranked among the top 10 most active multifamily property brokers in New York City. He was named vice president investments in July 2008 and has received seven sales recognition awards from the firm to date.
