Ability by Acierto, a partnership between Conexo Inmobiliario and Acierto Inmobiliario, has topped off Bijou Bay Harbor, a boutique condominium building in Bay Harbor Islands, Fla. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and interior designer Adriana Hoyos, the property features 41 townhomes, including five penthouses ranging from 900 to 2,100 square feet. Construction costs are estimated at $20 million.
Located at 9521 E. Bay Harbor Drive, the asset is within a 23-minute drive of downtown Miami and close to several retail options such as Bal Harbour Shops. The property will offer easy access to Surfside, Aventura and Miami Beach, Fla. Bijou Bay Harbor is set to feature a sky lounge with pools, fire pits, seating areas and panoramic views. The nine-story waterfront building broke ground in June 2017 and is anticipated to be completed in July.
Coastland Construction is the general contractor for the project and Pordes Residential is in charge of sales and marketing. Prices at Bijou Bay Harbor range between $600,000 and $2 million. Ability by Acierto’s first South Florida development is already 95 percent sold.
The concept of boutique condo living is common in Bay Harbor Islands, with several other similar projects in the works. The Puder Group built 101 Bay Harbor, a 12-unit boutique property less than half a mile from Bijou Bay Harbor.
