LMC topped off The 23, its mixed-use development located at 2370 Victory Ave. in Dallas. The community will feature 23 residential floors, 285 apartment homes, 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas–Victory Park, an eight-screen, 700-seat luxury movie theater.
“Victory Park is continuing to emerge as the place to be in Dallas, and we’re thrilled to be a part of it,” John Allums, Texas divisional president of LMC, told Multi-Housing News. “We believe The 23 will offer an unmatched living experience in the area, and we cannot wait to welcome in our initial resident base.”
The community will offer studios and one- and two-bedroom floorplans, with penthouse suites available on the top two floors. Interior features will include hardwood flooring, stainless steel GE Profile appliances, front-loading washer/dryers, Elfa shelving, quartz countertops, glass tile backsplashes, custom lighting, Moen fixtures and a keyless entry. Some units will also include wine refrigerators, digital shower controls, built-in desk areas and oversized balconies. Residents will have access to amenities such as a fitness center, 8,000-square-foot sun deck, dining room, private workspaces, resort-style swimming pool, full-scale catering kitchen and Wi-Fi-enabled lounge areas. Residents in the penthouses will be offered Lutron Dream Suite packages, which allows home automation via smartphone.
Preleasing will begin in May, with first move-ins set for August. The restaurants, retail and cinema component are all slated for a December opening.
“We’re excited to reach this milestone, as it means we’re inching closer to our goal of officially adding much needed luxury housing to the fantastic Victory Park neighborhood,” added Allums. “The area’s newfound vibrancy has created buzz throughout the Dallas market and we believe it’s perfect timing to add an amenity-rich community that will deliver a first-class experience for our residents.”
