The six-story structure also includes 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Secured tenants include Starbucks, Subway, Midici’s Pizza, Burgerim Gourmet Burgers, 407 Gelato, Barn Barre, Dixie Belle’s Café, Cookit World LLC and Renaissance Med Spa. First move-ins are slated for month’s end.
Developed by The Allen Morris Company, the development benefited from financing from SunTrust Bank, TD Bank and Mesirow Financial.
