Green Leasing Made Simple with New App
Property Solutions International has created SiteTablet, an iPad app that allows for paperless leasing options.
Portland, Ore.—Guardian Real Estate Services, a Portland, Ore.-based property management firm, has partnered with Property Solutions International Inc., a developer of property management software tools, to provide paperless leasing options in marketing a sustainability centered property.
SiteTablet, a new property management iPad app by Property Solutions, proved to be a green way for residents to sign their leases. It creates a virtual leasing office, allowing the broker to take care of business away from the office.
“The SiteTablet app was designed with the leasing professional in mind,” Josh Albrechtsen, director of project management, Property Solutions, tells MHN. “It uses the latest in user-interface design to guide leasing professionals and prospects through the leasing process.”
According to Albrechtsen, in addition to leases, the app can also process guest cards and applications.
“Through advanced data analysis performed in the cloud, leads are de-duplicated to allow leasing professionals access to past data for leads that have been to the property in the past,” he says. “Additionally, SiteTablet integrates with our clients’ property management software and over 16 screening vendors, making it the ideal starting point for aggregating lead data.”
SiteTablet is already receiving a positive response from leasing agents.
“Consistently, our clients have loved the tight integration the app offers with their property management software and lead management solutions,” Albrechtsen says. “Additionally, clients have felt that the app was easy to use with minimal training, making adoption on-site painless.”
