GFI Management Services announces the appointment of Jeffrey Adler as president. In this role, Adler is responsible for the company’s portfolio, in conjunction with a third party management subsidiary, of 16,000 residential apartment units located throughout New York, Georgia, Texas, Michigan, Florida, Kansas and Missouri.

In this role, Adler is responsible for the company’s portfolio, in conjunction with a third party management subsidiary, of 16,000 residential apartment units located throughout New York, Georgia, Texas, Michigan, Florida, Kansas and Missouri.
Adler brings over 10 years of property management experience to GFI. Adler served as chief property operations officer at AIMCO, a Denver-based apartment REIT from 2002-2009. Since then, he was president of The Sanctuary Group, a management consulting firm to the residential housing rental industry. He holds a MBA from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Yale University.
