Columbia, Md—Enterprise Community Partners Inc. announced that Thomas Osdoba has been named vice president, Enterprise Green Initiatives, effective January 1, 2013. Osdoba has 22 years of experience building and managing green organizations and communities, and in the clean energy industry. He will be based in Enterprise’s Washington, D.C., office after relocating to the area from Portland, Ore.
