Over 9,700 apartment jobs were available during April, accounting for 42.2 percent of the broader real estate sector, unchanged since last month.

Property manager positions were in highest demand during the quarter and had the largest growth in demand since 2019.

This month’s edition highlights leasing consultants, with market salaries in the 90th percentile reaching $36,593.

Apartment jobs postings comprised more than 41 percent of the real estate sector in January.

Since 2014, leasing consultant and maintenance supervisor positions had the greatest increase in demand.
