Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial Facilitates a $19.6 Million Cash Sale in Phoenix

Phoenix–Real estate services provider Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has facilitated a $19.6 million ($43,172 per unit) cash sale of a multi-housing community in Phoenix. Diamonte on Bell, a 454-unit apartment complex located at 3202 W. Bell Rd., was sold to a company formed by Onni Group of Cos.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, Onni has over 40 years of experience in real estate development, property and construction management. This was the third multi housing purchase for the company in Arizona this year. The Royal Bank of Canada was the seller of the property.
