Today’s renter demographic has more than just their apartment space on their mind. Gathering areas have more importance than ever as Generation Y strongly prefers interaction, sociability and people-watching. Designers are tasked with creating appealing clubrooms and common spaces and Carnegie’s new textile collection will do just that, bringing modernization and life.
Roy G. Biv by Carnegie spans the full spectrum with top notch upholstery and digitally printed wide width sheers that celebrate color at its finest. Upholstery patterns Buzz, Chroma and Spark are great fabrics and patterns for custom furniture and accenting a room. All three exceed 50,000 double rubs and elements of the structured patterns are woven in a textural boucle yarn to enhance its dimensional effect.
Aria, which comes in 36 rich colors, has an answer for every arrangement. Mohair is considered one of the most luxurious yet functional fabrics in the marketplace. The extreme durability of this performance upholstery exceeds 150,000 double rubs. Hash tag is a timeless texture boosted with fresh acid tones. The heathered wool look adds to the rich dimensional quality of the fabric. The yarn used is produced, dyed, woven and furnished in North Carolina creating a smaller carbon footprint while over half of the contents are post-consumer recycled polyester.
Carnegie boasts that Alchemy and Herba wide width sheers enhance its position as leader providers of technical fabrics for the window because of the scale of digital printing technology. Alchemy is a multicolored wide width digitally printed sheer that morphs with motion displaying a spectrum of colors that shimmer and change. Herba illustrates the variety of design possible through digital printing.
Roy G. Biv will undoubtedly have a style and the perfect colors to fit your design.
