Campus Advantage has been contracted to manage a new student housing property in Las Cruces, N.M. The 252-bed property, known as The Flats at Ridgeview, is anticipated to open in the fall of 2018. This contract brings the company’s current portfolio of student properties to 30,480 beds.
Currently under construction at 2050 Wisconsin Ave., the property will contain a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, with monthly rental rates per bed ranging from $525 to $850. Community amenities include a swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, four study rooms, a conference room, a club house and a game room. Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer, individual bathrooms for each bedroom and access to a private balcony or patio. The property sits within one mile of both Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine and New Mexico State University, with a bus stop located a five minute walk away. On-site parking is also available for residents.

Earlier this year, Campus Advantage was tapped to manage two new student housing developments under construction in Austin and Arlington, Texas.
