Brent Kohere Named President of the New Jersey Apartment Association

The New Jersey Apartment Association swore in Brent Kohere, regional vice president for Home Properties, as the new NJAA president at the annual membership meeting, which took place at the Imperial on Easton in Franklin Township, NJ.
Monroe Township, N.J.—The New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) swore in Brent Kohere, regional vice president for Home Properties, as the new NJAA president at the annual membership meeting, which took place at the Imperial on Easton in Franklin Township, NJ.
The NJAA also honored Don Legow, long-standing member and past-president from 1988-1989, for his work with the New Jersey Law Revision Commission to revise the Landlord-Tenant Title into a framework for a consistent and approachable law that is favorable to apartment owners and residents.
Kohere has been a member of the NJAA since 1995 and has been a board member for many of those years, playing an active role in advocating for legislative issues important to the NJAA.
