Fort Lee, N.J.—BNE Real Estate Group announced that it has completed the vertical construction of Twenty50, a $70 million luxury community in Fort Lee, N.J.
Twenty50 is 12 stories tall, and includes nine residential floors and three floors of parking. The community include 194 units that feature one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 714 square feet to 1,287 square feet. Apartments include hardwood flooring, stone kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances and washers and dryers.
The community, which was designed by architecture firm The Lessard Design Group and the interior design team at Minno & Wasko, is located across the street from Fort Lee Historic Park. Twenty50 is also located near restaurants and shopping. Transportation is also convenient for commuters—it’s located near the George Washington Bridge, New Jersey Turnpike and the Palisades Parkway, as well as NJ Transit bus lines.
“Twenty50 will be the first to deliver full service luxury living of its caliber to the Fort Lee area, with all of the modern amenities that the sophisticated renter has come to expect, and then some,” Kristina Hedden, vice president of marketing for BNE, says. “Residents will enjoy 24-hour concierge service, onsite parking, residents’ lounge, Wifi business café, a cozy library with fireplace, state-of-the-art fitness center, a landscaped terrace with heated outdoor pool, and so much more. We’re very excited for residents to experience the reality first-hand.”
Leasing for Twenty50 will begin in the summer 2013.
