  • Monsanto Breaks Ground on $400M Chesterfield Village Research Center Expansion

    Monsanto Company recently held an event to mark the beginning of the Chesterfield Village Research Center expansion. The company’s global hub for research and development and agricultural innovation is currently undergoing a $400 million expansion which was first announced in April 2013. The expansion project will create 675 new jobs in St. Louis over the next three years.

    The long-awaited environmental cleanup of the Carter Carburetor Site has been announced as federal, state and local officials gathered at the Herbert Hoover Boys and Girls Club on North Grand, adjacent to the site. The press conference marking the event was attended by U.S. Rep. William Lacy Clay, Jr., Missouri State Senator Jamilah Nasheed, St. Louis Mayor Francis G. Slay, EPA Assistant Administrator Mattie Stanislaus, EPA Region 7 Administrator Karl Brooks and Flint Fowler of the Herbert Hoover Boys and Girls Club.

NISA is set to occupy three contiguous floors in the Class A, 19-story office building located at 101 South Hanley Road in Clayton.
