Park City, Utah—The National Apartment Association and MultifamilyRevenue.com are partnering to produce and promote the Apartment Revenue Management Conference, which will be held Sept. 12-14, 2011 at the Marriott Park City in Park City, Utah. As the first education conference dedicated to multifamily revenue management strategies and techniques, revenue management experts from inside and outside the multifamily housing sector will educate attending apartment owners and managers about revenue optimization strategies.
NAA believes that revenue management is a key area for industry growth, both in terms of corporate adoption and executive education and development. They estimate that only 15 to 20 percent of apartment investment companies are currently using revenue management system software. Stephen Lefkovits, publisher and editor-in-chief of MultifamilyRevenue.com, says that apartment investment companies implementing revenue management systems typically see a revenue increase of 3 to 5 percent.
A call for proposed session topics will be distributed in the first quarter of 2011 and will be open to any multifamily company or executives offering information regarding on-site implementations, emerging revenue management trends, best practices and case studies of success. Sponsorship opportunities will be announced during the same time period. For additional information regarding the conference, visit www.multifamilyrevenue.com/conference.
