Houston – Allied Orion Group was selected to manage a collection of five newly renovated Metro Denver apartment communities.
The Collective Glendale, owned by Arel Capital, is comprised of 537 apartment homes within five central Denver communities: Vantage Point, The Birch, Four Mile Flats, Infinity Flats and Park Point Apartments.
All located within minutes from each other, The Collective Glendale communities offer easy freeway access to the I-25 corridor, nearby the Colorado Light Rail and convenient commuting to downtown Denver and the Tech Center. All five communities are located next to Infinity Park – a 16-acre complex that hosts the first municipal rugby stadium, sports center and high altitude training center. Other area features include Cherry Creek Trail and Bike Path, Four Mile Historic Park and the new Glendale 180 Entertainment District offering upscale shopping, dining and entertainment options set to launch development this fall.
The Collective Glendale includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with an array of amenities such as sparkling pools, hot tubs, dog parks, state-of-the-art fitness centers and outdoor lounges with oversized grills and fire pits.
“We are pleased to have been chosen to manage this unique group of eclectic apartment communities and to expand our presence in the Metro Denver area,” said Kirk Tate, principal and chief executive officer of Allied Orion Group.
“We chose Allied Orion Group to manage The Collective Glendale because of their knowledge and experience in the Metro Denver property management market,” said Richard Leibovitch of Arel Capital. “Their full-service nature and enthusiasm towards our properties give us great comfort as non-local owners.”
