I would like to personally speak with John Sipes. The reason being is he is new to the company and may be interested in some feedback from the people in the front line living in his communities.
I am interested in moving into a property owned by Dominumn in St.Anthony Village Minnesota. The amount of poor treatment to a future resident was unreal at this property.
I was told I could obtain my apartment keys to my new apartment 3 times at a specifed date and time. When I wen to get my keys the staff/management said they would not do this for me until the next day at 10:00 a.m. despite creating plans for family and deliveries to arrive.
The staff was uncooperative on the deposit fee which is established for maintenance once an individual moves in.
Please consider speaking with management at this particualar building.
Thank you!
