Yardi Takes Marketing Solution Social
Santa Barbara, Calif.—Yardi has announced the expansion of the Yardi Marketing Suite™, the only truly mobile marketing solution suite that supports the entire apartment leasing lifecycle. Fully integrated with Yardi Voyager™, the suite now includes robust social media marketing tools and reputation management features, plus interactive prospect and resident portals geared towards the dynamic needs of today’s renters.

1) RENTCafé™, a full online platform that supports the entire leasing process, including new lease execution and lease renewals, payments and service requests; social media marketing and reputation management tools; complete leasing and resident services within the Facebook environment; a reputation management dashboard; and ILS Data Syndication featuring a feed to numerous ILS sites.
2) Yardi PopCard™, the industry’s premier lead management tool featuring lead tracking, customer relationship management and performance management dashboards. PopCard is fully integrated with Voyager to ensure every lead is serviced from end-to-end.
3) Yardi Leasing Pad™, a leading edge tablet-based solution that combines Voyager, PopCard, and RENTCafé in one mobile leasing tablet tool enabling leasing consultants to track and manage leads through PopCard and view availability at sister properties through RENTCafé. It also delivers operations and leasing dashboards featuring data from Voyager and residential analytic reporting with drill-down for complete prospect, applicant, and resident handling.
4) Yardi Call Center™, a seamless extension of the leasing and management office leveraging information specific to each community serviced. Featuring both leasing and resident services delivered by phone, email, and live chat and full integration with Voyager and PopCard.
