Yardi Maintenance Mobile Makes Great Living Even Better at Associated Estates

Santa Barbara—Yardi Systems Inc. announced that Associated Estates Realty Corporation will deploy Yardi Yardi Maintenance Mobile™ at the company’s 51 properties located in 10 states across the U.S.

Yardi Maintenance Mobile will offer Associated Estates’ service technicians the convenience of creating, updating, and closing work orders from a smartphone or tablet.

Yardi Maintenance Mobile, which is available for Apple®, Android™and BlackBerry®devices, provides instant notification of assigned work orders on technicians’ devices. When updating work order records, technicians can enhance them by attaching photos and voice notes on devices that support camera and voice recording functionality. Results and attachments are automatically updated in Associated Estates’ Yardi Voyager® property management and accounting system.
