Western National Property Management to Manage Hutton Company’s Calif. Community
Riverside, Calif.—Western National Property Management announced it has been selected to manage the Hutton Companies’ new community The Paseos at Magnolia, which is located in Riverside, Calif.
“The Paseos at Magnolia’s luxury features, vast amenities and progressive, smoke-free environment required a property management firm of a particular caliber to handle pre-leasing, leasing and overall continued management,” Scott Felix, vice president of the Hutton Companies, says. “As one of the leading property management companies in the Western U.S., Western National Property Management emerged as the clear choice due to its history of impeccable service to both residents and property owners.”
The Paseos at Magnolia is a 168-unit luxury community that includes two- and three-bedroom apartment units with six different floor plan options. The units feature gourmet kitchens, dual-paned windows, designer bedroom carpeting, granite countertops and custom vertical blinds. Additionally, apartments include walk-in closets, full-size washers and dryers, high-efficiency central heating and air conditioning, 9-foot ceilings, and patios or balconies.
Amenities for the community include a swimming pool and spa with cabanas, fitness studio, a clubhouse with a full kitchen, theater, and outdoor barbecue and picnic area.
The Paseos at Magnolia is also located in a convenient location near the Riverwalk Shopping Center and near the 91 Freeway.
“The Paseos at Magnolia is the only brand new, luxury apartment community in Riverside that is currently pre-leasing for 2013,” Laura Khouri, president of Western National Property Management, says. “This unique property is a completely smoke-free environment, offering Riverside and Corona residents a new choice in apartment living. We are proud to have been selected to handle the leasing and ongoing management of an additional Hutton Companies luxury living community, which will mark a new standard in apartment living for area residents.”
