The Baltimore-Washington Corridor sits at the heart of America’s fourth largest marketplace, positioned between the nation’s capital, Washington, D.C., and the vital, high value Port of Baltimore. With the National Security Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, U.S. Cyber Command and three of the four military branch’s cyber commands all located in the Corridor, this area is considered by some to be the epicenter for the world’s cyber industry. In addition, it is home to 400 biotech companies, the FDA, John Hopkins University and the highest median income in the nation.
Riorda, during his tenure with NAI KLNB’s Columbia office, helped manage the industrial department/office division with his primary focus on the Baltimore-Washington Corridor.
