NWP Services Corporation Wins Three Technology Choice Awards

Costa Mesa, Calif.—NWP Services Corporation (NWP), a provider of utility cost recovery solutions, today announced that it is the recipient of three 2013 Technology Choice Awards from Multi-Housing News’ (MHN) readers. NWP received this recognition in the Utility Management category for rent and utility billing services, the Resident Payment Systems category for Resident ePay, and the Invoice Processing and Payments category for Utility Smart.

NWP’s rent and utility billing services and Resident ePay were recently reimagined as part of NWP’s full service solution, Utility Logic, designed as the first step to helping maximize cost recovery in multifamily properties by providing everything needed for a successful billing and payments program. Utility Smart, the next step, provides solutions to manage and optimize utility spend through automation of utility invoice processing and payments, vacant management expense control, utility theft recovery, and advanced utility analytics and benchmarking to stay compliant with important reporting requirements across the United States.

“We are honored and delighted to be named for three Technology Choice Awards by MHN readers and our customers in 2013,” said Michael Radice, chief executive officer of NWP. “We believe this recognition is a direct result of intense partnering with our customers to increase their profits and the value of their property assets using solutions that work, and are tailored to their specific needs.
