Located at the intersection of State Ave. North and 21st West, Sierra Ridge consists of 12 buildings and features seven different one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging in square footage from 685 to 1,305. The apartments also offer attached or detached garages, along with exterior storage areas and car/truck plug-ins.
Amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with Energy Star rated appliances, wood-grain flooring throughout and spacious, walk-in closets. There’s also a locker area located in each residential building available for residents to rent for storage of items with oil residue. Furnished apartment homes are also available.
