RealPage Adds New Resident Technology Solutions Group

Carrollton, Texas--Henry Pye and his JPI Resident Solutions team of multifamily technology advisors will join RealPage, effective January 1, 2009. They will continue to provide resident services and technology consulting to multifamily owners, developers, managers and builders under the newly created Resident Technology Solutions group within the Velocity division of RealPage.
"The ever-increasing development of new resident services and technologies, and the complexity of coordinating their relative financial, technical, legal and operating aspects are a challenge for every owner, developer and manager,” says Jared Schenk of Schenk Realty Group. “Pye and his team excel at crafting long-term solutions for their clients that solve for these multi-faceted and dynamic issues."
Pye's team and its clients anticipate a smooth transition, as the move has the support of both companies. "I believe that the transition of this function will provide Pye and his team a better platform to perform their services and will enable them to service RREEF, JPI, and other clients in a more effective manner," says Tom Bumpass, executive vice president of business administration for JPI.

Pye says RealPage provides his team the advantage of the company’s extensive resources and customer base.
Other team members include Karla Martin, who will continue to negotiate and manage agreements and access documents for voice, video, data and other services based on her experience in the cable and telecommunications industry, and Justin Foster, who will continue to coordinate structured cabling, access control, audio-video and other resident services and technology.
