LeasingDesk Appoints Strategic Account Manager
Irvine, Calif.--LeasingDesk Insurance Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of RealPage Inc. and a provider of point of lease systems to the multifamily industry, has named Larry Bellack as its strategic account manager. Bellack will be primarily responsible for market share of LeasingDesk’s flagship product, eRenterPlan, within the multifamily industry.
Bellack will serve the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions by educating multifamily owner/operators on the importance of utilizing risk mitigation products to safeguard properties and increase NOI. He will also partner with trade and industry associations to expand LeasingDesk brand awareness on national, state and local levels.

Richard Schreiber Named President of SureDeposit
Livingston, N.J.--SureDeposit, provider of security deposit alternatives to the multifamily industry, has appointed Richard Schreiber as the company’s new president.

Schreiber has more than 20 years of experience in management, operations, investment and lending/finance within the real estate and technology industries.
Keystone Pacific Property Promotes DePledge to Community Association Manager
Temecula, Calif.--Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc., an Irvine, Calif.-based property management firm, has promoted Donna DePledge from associate community association manager to community association manager. DePledge is based in the Temecula office.
In DePledge’s new position, she will be responsible for managing a portfolio of the firm’s existing and new development accounts throughout the Inland Empire in California.
