Phoenix, Ariz.—Helix Development, a residential acquisition and development firm, has announced that it has sold the 18 units in its Palmaire Condominiums project located in uptown Phoenix.
Condos are priced at $216 per square foot, and interior finishes include European kitchen and bathroom cabinets, butcher block and honed slab granite countertops, contemporary light packages, vertical grain bamboo flooring in living areas, loop pile carpeting in bedrooms, ceramic tiles in bathrooms, walk-in closets, washer/dryer hook-ups, brushed aluminum hardware and three-paneled doors. Upgrades include a built-in and amplified iPod docking station.
“Our goal is to offer buyers a hip, edgy condominium at an affordable price and in a desirable area,” says Ryan Spiekerman, partner of Helix Development. “
The community, located at 1630 E. Georgia Avenue in the heart of the Biltmore Corridor, features mid-century modern architecture with geometric overhanging patio covers, rectangular paneled pool and balcony railings, and Biltmore-esque concrete grid-block fencing. Residents have access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment, all within walking distance.
