Doug McCauley Named Regional Manager of Marcus and Millichap Ontario Office.
Encino, Calif.--Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has named Doug McCauley regional manager of the Ontario, Canada office.
“Doug has extensive experience in commercial real estate as an agent and manager,” says Harvey E. Green, president and CEO of Marcus & Millichap.
McCauley has been serving as the sales manager in the Ontario office since July 2007. He joined Marcus & Millichap as an investment specialist in Ontario in June of 1992. As a multifamily specialist, he was named a director in the firm’s National Multi Housing Group in June 2003.
Oscar I. Marti Hired as Group Director of Sales, DYL
Miami--DYL Group has hired Oscar I. Marti as director of sales for the firm’s portfolio of developments including W Fort Lauderdale Hotel & Residences, Infinity at Brickell and Europa-by-the-Sea.
Marti will oversee the sales teams for all of the company’s projects, in addition to developing and launching a new international sales and marketing program. Marti will also consult on the overall marketing efforts for DYL Group and the firm’s real estate developments.
During his career, Marti has recruited, trained and motivated hundreds of sales associates at brokerages including Fortune International Realty, Prudential Florida WCI Realty and Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
Marti has also worked as a consultant to real estate developers in processing projects through local municipalities.
GE Real Estate Names Todd Del Tufo as Director, North America Equity
Washington, D.C.--GE Real Estate recently appointed Todd Del Tufo as director of North America Equity. In his new post, Del Tufo will be responsible for originating joint venture and preferred equity real estate investments through relationships with developers, brokers and property owners.
For each deal, he will perform preliminary financial analysis of the partners, property, tenants, market, rent and sale comparisons, and assist in data collection and market research.
“Todd’s appointment signals the growth of the GE Real Estate’s equity group in the Mid-Atlantic,” says Mark DePucchio, region manager at GE Real Estate. “His experience makes him a perfect fit for the equity group here. His local market knowledge, in combination with the many solutions offered by GE Real Estate, will help us realize the enormous potential of this region.”
Prior to joining GE Real Estate, Del Tufo was an investment officer at CapitalSource LLC, a commercial finance company. Before that, he was an acquisitions officer at Alex Brown Realty Inc., a private firm specializing in joint venture equity for commercial real estate.
