Kansas City, Kan. -- Vista Condominiums, the first ever high-rise apartment conversion to condo in Wyandotte County, is offering a new perspective on living that is luxurious, yet affordable.
Prices for Vista Condominiums, which will offer 167 upscale residences with unique floor plans, start at $89,000, with extremely attractive financing plans, including zero-down options, and end at $199,000.
"I think it's an ideal housing opportunity," Lee Hayes, project manager for 3838 Partners LLC, developers of the project, tells MHN. "There's nothing else like it. We wanted to cater to people who can afford it."
Each home features amenities such as natural wood and stone, hardwood/tile entries, energy-efficient heating and air-conditioning, granite countertops, floor-to-ceiling tiled baths, stainless steel GE appliances, custom cabinetry and an extensive array of options.
Residential options include 55 studio condos, 56 one-bedroom, one-bath condos and 56 two-bedroom, two-bath residences. Each plan comes with its own balcony. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman service, fitness center, pool with sundeck, Yoga/Pilates studio, massage room, business center, library, clubroom, executive boardroom and a billiard/card room.
The first phase of new condo owners have already moved in during the month of July. The majority of the common areas will be complete by mid-September. A full conversion of all residences is anticipated within 18 to 24 months. The total renovation investment is in excess of $5 million.
Every owner qualifies for a property tax rebate of 95 percent over the improved value of the previous apartment. National City Mortgage, which is the recommended lender, will offer a wide variety of tailored loan plans including zero-down options.
