Sometimes a leasing staff that offers excellent customer service is all a renter really needs. But for residents at ECI Group’s The Columns at Independence, that is only one small aspect of the many benefits renters enjoy.

The spacious Hinesville, Ga. community, owned and operated by ECI Group, affords residents the opportunity to come home to all the accoutrements of a classic Southeastern lifestyle. In addition to its gated security, the property offers residents access to a plethora of amenities including a sparkling resort-style pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center that overlooks the community’s lush, indigenous landscape.

Just minutes from Fort Stewart, the community offers a convenient home for military and government personnel and their families, which includes units with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.

Community resident Brenda Harter, who lives with her husband and child, said in an email survey that she appreciates the size of the rooms in their three-bedroom unit. Specifically, Harter enjoys the monthly, staff-hosted kid’s club parties that feature drawings and help raise money for military family aid organizations such as Homefront.

The community, which was built in 2009 and 2010, has 222 units available for lease, with rents ranging from $795-1,200. Despite the abundance of marketing options now available, the leasing staff still rely heavily on word-of-mouth and curb appeal to attract renters—something that seems to be working, as the community has a current occupancy of 98 percent.

Hinesville, Ga., has a population of about 35,000 and is located about 250 miles Southeast of Atlanta and 40 miles Southwest of Savannah, Ga., near the Atlantic Coast.
