Voit Closes Four Office Leases in Orange County

Voit Commercial Brokerage recently orchestrated four leases accounting for an aggregate 71,000 square feet of office space in Orange County. Voit Commercial represented Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel in its lease of 40,200 square feet at 25520 Commercenter Drive in Lake Forest. US Real Estate relied on Studley for representation in the two-year lease deal. In Irvine, Voit brokered a 7,400-square-foot lease for Thompson Properties at 1901 Main Street. The lease with landlord Piedmont Operating Partnership, represented by Grubb & Ellis in the deal, is for a seven-year term. At 33332 Valle Road in San Juan Capistrano, the firm helped logistics services provider Dechert-Hampe Inc. secure 7,500 square feet in a five-year agreement with property owner Nouveau Group L.L.C., which was represented by Lee & Associates. Voit also facilitated a five-year lease for Community Service Programs Inc. to occupy 15,900 square feet at 1821 E. Dyer Road in Santa Ana. The non-profit youth and family agency's lease with landlord Irvine Corporate Center L.L.C. was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
