Laramar, Covington Open Building at Vanguard Crossing for Leasing

Located in University City, within walking distance of Clayton and close to downtown St. Louis, Vanguard Crossing upon completion will feature a total of 202 units. The newly opened building offers 36 units for leasing, and the next phase of 44 apartments are currently pre-leasing for Nov. 25th.

Laramar is providing property management and leasing services for Vanguard Crossing and is in a joint venture with Covington Realty Partners for the property. The design of the community features four-story midrise buildings surrounding a courtyard amenity area. Residents will have access to an outdoor kitchen with televisions, fireside lounge, bar and patio seating as well as cabanas alongside the salt water swimming pool. The community also includes a two-story clubhouse which has a Fitness On Demand studio, a first for a rental community in St. Louis. Residents will be able to choose from a variety of instruction based classes through a specialized system. The clubhouse also includes a wine storage room, an exhibition style kitchen, i-lounge and game room.
