		<description>What the hell?  Why would anyone purchase a 42 year old apartment building and call it  good deal for affordable housing?  It&#039;s probably falling apart and who knows what else is wrong with it.  Why not build a container complex?  Stack em&#039; up, crete ZERO ENERGY housing for your workers and protect the planet?

Why is the ULC and the rest of the population not doing anything at all about climate change?  Folks, what is going to happen when we don&#039;t have food, water and green grass?  Now is NOT the time to invest in 42 year old communities!
