Twilight Homes to Sell Houses Starting at $140,000 at Master Development

The mixed-use Mesa del Sol has been under development since May 2001 when the State Land Office named Forest City master developer. The walkable development site is 10 minutes from Albuquerque International Sunport and 20 minutes from downtown.
Multiple homebuilders have enrolled in the project, including Rachel Matthew Homes, Pulte Homes and RayLee Homes. Now Twilight Homes has joined the development team, reports Albuquerque Business First. The company focuses on maximizing energy savings and keeping heating and cooling loss at a minimum through a mixture of design elements, building practices and appliances selection.
“This product is more accessible to people looking for a lower price point that want to live at Mesa del Sol,” said Vincent Pizzonia, one of Twilight’s owners. “We are providing semi-custom touches at a much lower price point than people are accustomed to.”
Twilight Homes has two projects planned for Mesa de Sol: Tribeca Series and Oasis Series, both single-family homes developments. Tribeca is located at nine home sites across from the Aperture Center park of Mesa del Sol and received gold certification from Build Green New Mexico for the solar panels and other energy-saving features. The sizes of the homes start at 1,720 square feet, and the interiors are “highly amenitized,” promises Pizzonia.
Construction for the Oasis Series is scheduled to begin later this summer. Prices start at $140,000, and the homes range between 1,000 and 1,800 square feet in size.
